Understanding a baby’s body language increases parent confidence, promotes breastfeeding duration and enhances the developing parent child relationship. This class helps you identify when your baby “send out an SOS - Sign of Overstimulation” and transitions between the resting, Ready and Rebooting Zones. This class will help you prevent problems with baby’s eating, sleeping and attachment. In addition, basic information about diapering, bathing and baby care will be shared.
